LIKE OUR COMPETITION WE:
- Help you prepare the home for renting
- Advertise, market and show the house
- Screen all adult occupants
- Negotiate, execute and enforce leases
- Coordinate for necessary maintenance/repairs
- Provide monthly and annual statements
SETTING US APART FROM OUR COMPETITION, WE ALSO:
- Contact all neighboring properties to engage them in keeping an eye on the home and connecting new tenants with the neighborhood
- Photograph the exterior of each property monthly to ensure curb appeal is maintained
- Send a maintenance man into the home quarterly to do preventive maintenance checks and ensure the tenants are maintaining the interior
- Require all tenants to carry renters insurance w/ liability to protect their possessions and ensure tenant caused damage is covered
OUR PREFERRED PROPERTY PROFILE:
- Within a 30 minute commute of Ft. Lewis & McChord Air Force Base.
- Single Family Home, Townhouse, Duplex or Triplex
- Less than 15 years old.
OUR FEES:
- To place or replace a tenant - 50% of one full month's rent
- Monthly management - 11% of rent collected.
